Our sewer line was clogged, when Tek arrived and surveyed the problem he explained very clearly how he was going to solve our problem and what the cost was going to be. He tried to remove the cap on the clean out but after being there for approximately 40 years it would not budge so he removed the toilet and worked from there. The young man was very polite and knowledgeable and did a good job in solving our problem. It was getting late on Sunday afternoon so when he was done we told him we would clean up but he insisted on doing it and did a good job. I thought the price to remove and replace the toilet was high. Would I use them again? Yes
